Attributes Marketers Should Adopt and Avoid

Modern marketers must constantly evolve to meet the needs of our demanding audiences. And, in doing so, I have found one’s personal attributes to be just as important to success as expertise and skill.

Like many moms, my life is filled with LEGOS. And as a marketer, I often find myself inspired by the fun and imaginative characters I step on and enjoy hearing my son repeatedly emulate. Today, I decided to indulge myself.

Here are the top attributes every evolved marketer should adopt, as well as some specific behaviors to avoid, as inspired by some of my favorite characters from The LEGO Movie.
